Transfer & CLEP Credit

Transfer Credit Policy

Mississippi Life University accepts transfer credit toward both the associate and bachelor’s degree programs. Students may transfer up to 30 hours of previously earned credit toward an associate degree and up to 90 hours toward a bachelor’s degree. All transfer hours must align with the student’s selected program of study and meet MLU’s academic standards.

 CLEP Credit Option

Students may earn up to 30 semester hours toward their Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Arts degrees through CLEP. The cost for this option is $240, which includes study materials.
