Our Beliefs
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts.
The Bible is the complete and final revelation of God to humanity, fully authoritative for faith and practice, and the sole rule for Christian doctrine and conduct. We believe the Bible is the ultimate authority for Christian faith and practice, rather than church tradition or the Pope.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three co-equal Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, sovereign, holy, loving, just, and worthy of all worship and obedience.
We believe in the full deity and full humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ.
He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died a substitutionary atoning death on the cross, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate.
He will personally and visibly return to earth in power and glory to establish His kingdom. We believe in the Holy Spirit as a divine Person, equal with the Father and the Son. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates, indwells, baptizes, seals, and fills every believer, empowering them for godly living and effective service.
Spiritual gifts are given by the Holy Spirit for the building up of the Church and are to be exercised in accordance with biblical guidelines.
We believe salvation is a free gift from God, received through personal faith in Jesus Christ, not earned through good deeds or religious rituals.
We believe humanity was created in the image of God, but through Adam’s sin, all people inherit a sinful nature and are spiritually dead, separated from God. Salvation is entirely by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, received as a free gift apart from any human works or merit.
All who repent and trust in Christ’s finished work on the cross are justified, adopted into God’s family, and receive eternal life.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. The saved to everlasting life and blessedness with God, and the lost to eternal separation from God in judgment. We affirm the reality of heaven and hell as taught in Scripture.
The mission of the Church is to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to obey everything Christ commanded.
The idea that all Christians have direct access to God through prayer and scripture, without needing a priest to act as a mediator.
We are committed to the historic Christian faith as revealed in Scripture. We reject any teachings that deny the Trinity, the deity or humanity of Christ, His virgin birth, substitutionary atonement, bodily resurrection, or the authority of Scripture. We hold firmly to the essentials of the faith while allowing liberty in non-essential matters and charity in all things.
This list of beliefs guides the teaching, curriculum, and community life of a Christian Non-Denominational Bible University. All faculty, staff, and board members affirm full agreement with this statement.
