Refunds

General Guidelines

  • Refunds apply to tuition and course-related fees only.

  • Application fees, payment plan fees, and other non-refundable fees (e.g., graduation fee) are not eligible for refund.

  • Students must officially withdraw by submitting a Course Withdrawal Form or Notice of Withdrawal through the Provost. The date of withdrawal determines eligibility for a refund.

  • Refunds are based on the start date of the course, not the date of the student's last attendance.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by check, depending on how the payment was made.

  • Students who received financial aid or scholarships may have their refunds adjusted according to federal or institutional regulations.

Important Notes

  • Failure to attend class does not constitute an official withdrawal.

  • Students who stop attending without completing the withdrawal process will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen hardship, students may appeal for a partial refund by submitting a Refund Appeal Form to the Provost.
